On the hamburger menu, click Issue Management

On the Issue Management panel, click Create + > General Issue.

Enter the details as show in the graphic below and add yourself as the assignee.
Assignees work on the issue and resolve it, whereas the Owner supervises the issue, verifies it and closes it when the issue is resolved.

If necessary, you can add model elements, work packages, attachments, and comments to the issue.
While creating an issue, if one or more users are assigned, one of them can be set as primary assignee. By default, it will be the first user added.

Click SUBMIT.
