In Smart Build, to monitor any flaws in the work, an issue is created and upon resolving, the issue is closed. You can create an issue and respond to it directly from the job site using the Smart Build mobile application.
Issues happen in any construction project. There may be problems with staffing or suppliers, technical failures, material shortages, or work delays. You can use the Smart Build Issue Management module to identify, track, and resolve such problems. You can create general issues, issues related to Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (CVI) and Request for Information (RFI). You can also create an issue on behalf of your colleague.
