On the left bar, click Administrator Settings > Users.

Find the user in the list and click Edit on the row.

Depending on what the user is allowed to do, select one or both boxes:

Active - Check this box if the user is allowed to start working in Smart Build Insight now.

Administrator - Check this box if the user is allowed to manage project settings, such as integrations, permissions, role groups, users, and user assignment to projects.

You cannot change the authentication provider for an existing user. For more information, see What is an authentication provider, and what information do they require?

Usernames and display names must be unique across all your company's projects in Smart Build Insight.
