From Jovix to Smart Materials - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.1 - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon

The following information flow happens from Jovix to Smart Materials:

• Picklist (MIR header in Smart Materials)

• Picklist items (MIR line items in Smart Materials)

Picklist and Picklist Items

• Picklist from Jovix is integrated with Smart Materials is triggered only when the status of a Picklist is changed to Completed.

• When the status of a PickList in Jovix is changed to Completed then, the pickingCompleteQuantityCalc of all the PickList Items are fetched and the corresponding issue_qty of MIR line items are updated and MIR is posted in Smart Materials.

Only MIRs/Picklists of projects that have the project default ZI_JX_PROJ defined are integrated with the Jovix project.

Log files

You can check the MIR integration status in the log files that are saved in the path defined in the DBA setting LOG_FILE_DEST.

The naming format of the log files for status associated MIRs is as follows:

JOVIX_MIR_<PICKLIST_ID>_<Date in dd-mm-yyyy_Time in hhmmss>.log
