Bi-directional communication on port 443 (HTTPS) is required between HxGN SDx2 or Sandbox servers and the SAP Web Service or middleware.
The customer is responsible for establishing and maintaining the connection between
the middleware and the SAP database.

SSL certificates must be imported into SAP (using the STRUST transaction) for the following domains:

auth.intergraphsmartcloud.com

prod.smartplantcloud.net

The Whitelist Sandbox and HxGN SDx2 Server are required in SAP.

Whitelist the CPI endpoint URL in the SDx2 tenant or region firewall.
