The sync logs allow you to find all the requests sent to SAP and the responses received from it. It helps in tracking and retrieving the status of the syncs.
Use the following procedure to view the sync logs:

In the Connectors feature set, select Sync Logs. You will find a list of all the sync logs.

Select the log file you want to view, and select Actions
> Save sync log file.
All the sync logs are saved as TXT files.
When a synchronization fails, an additional trace log file containing all the details will be generated. You can check this file for more information when the synchronization fails.

When the file is downloaded successfully, view the sync log file to verify the logs for tags or assets synchronization.
