Use SDxServerManager.exe with the /uninstallcleanup argument to delete all sites, as well as any support sites, such as FileService and RemoteServices, and to remove permissions set in the Access Control List for these virtual directories and related folders.
This example deletes all sites and performs cleanup on the server.
