Token requests support Resource Owner and Client Credentials authentication flows:

Resource Owner authentication requires a username (row 21) and password (row 22).

Client Credentials authentication does not require username and password parameters, and they must be removed from the table.

The username and password of the service account for the Jump interface must be defined on Okta or SAM authorization servers.

You must have the Administrator role and be defined in all HxGN SDx or SPO/E site plants to send Token requests.

The rows from 20 through 28 define the Token URL and all necessary parameters.

A Token must be tested on Postman, and it can be used until it expires.

SAP does not support a plus (+) symbol when entering a value for the Client Secret parameter. All plus (+) symbols must be replaced with "%2b" in the Excel file and SAP.
