If one of these services is not functioning properly, HxGN LiveView might be unavailable or not able to support all features. To ensure HxGN LiveView is always available, you must have web server monitoring set up. You can use any standard third party web service monitoring tools for HxGN LiveView.
Web server monitoring tracks the availability and performance of web servers. You can monitor the health of web services, resource usage, and the performance of the system at any time. Rules and notifications can be set up to alert administrators in case of any discrepancy. Remedial action can then be taken to rectify the issue and minimize any impacts for your users.
