This document defines the design and implementation of the interface between the InService Outage Management System and a Voice Response Unit (VRU). The HxGN InService Customer Comms | Callback interface generates a callback sample for processing by your VRU module. The sample can be generated automatically as events are closed or manually requested by the user.
