HxGN EAM has been enhanced to include the ability to identify and track workspaces and workspace moves within an organization. This feature allows the organization to specify a workspace like an office, meeting room and work room. Additionally, employees, equipment and furnishings can be associated to the workspace. When a move or relocation takes place, as does in many organizations, the workspace moves process can be used to track the move from one workspace to another. Some or all of the associated employees, equipment and furnishings can be selected and moved to the new location when the move takes place.
