The Queries screen allows the user to add and modify existing SQL statements that can be used for the Inbox, KPI, and Chart sections of the Start Center. A general understanding of how to create SQL statements is required to ensure they work and return the values desired. Once a SQL statement is properly created, the user can designate whether to make check boxes available for the Inbox, KPI, and Chart sections. When setting up and using queries, expect to receive only one value or count and not a text or group of values.
