The Logon install parameters (LGN*) control the type of logon used for the corresponding product. The tenant/product information in sso configuration file controls the type of external logon used when the install parameter is set to EXTERN. If the install parameter is not set to EXTERN, the sso configuration file is ignored for that tenant/product combination.
