On the Event Log Type Filter screen, you can identify which Event Log Types the user should be allowed to select, and create new log entries for, on the Event Log of the Call Center screen.
This screen is only relevant if you selected Event Log Type Filter on the Call Center Setup screen (see above). If this field is unselected, all types will be displayed.
The screen has the following important attributes:

Source—Select Call Center or Work Order. Yes, this screen can also be used to filter the event log on the Work Orders screen.

Event Log Type—Select the Type you want displayed. On the System Codes screen use entity "CRET" to create new types. Only user defined values with system code ‘U’ can be used here.

WO Type—If you enter a work order type then the selected Event Log Type can only be selected if the work order type entered on the screen also matches. Not relevant for the Call Center screen.

WO Class—If you enter a work order class then the selected Event Log Type can only be selected if the work order class entered on the screen also matches.
