Service Code Validation on the Call Center and Work Orders screens verifies that you are using a valid Service Code and also makes sure that the Department, Supplier, and Service Category selected, together form a valid combination. On the Call Center Setup screen, you can decide which type of validation you want. Different choices can be made for different organizations, as required.
