Registered users can log in to the Service Request Portal and view a list of their previously entered service requests. On the list view, a registered user can:

Create a new service request - The registered user clicks Create Request on the Request List screen.

View any of their existing service requests - The registered user double clicks any record in the list, and is navigated to the Create Request screen where the details of the service request can be reviewed.
