This report lists all records that require a review. It displays the review status of Safety, LOTO, and Permit records for the associated entities, like Equipment, PM Schedules, Standard WOs, and Parts.

Selection Criteria

  • Start Date - Selects records where the Date Review Required is greater than or equal to the date entered for this selection parameter.

  • End Date - Selects records where the Date Review Required is less than or equal to the date entered for this selection parameter.

    For both Start Date and End Date the selection will filter those records where the data is still reviewed (Reviewed By field is not blank). For these records, a review is due based on the date. Records where Reviewed By is blank are automatically selected since this indicates changes have been applied, but not reviewed.

  • Include Check boxes - Use these to aim your selection at the type of records that need reviewing. Include Safety Records for example will look at the status of the Safety tabs of the different screens. Similar for Permits and LOTO tabs.

    By default, all types are included in the selection. Out of Service records by default are excluded.

    If you only select Safety records the selection will be solely based on the review status of the Safety tab. But the report will always list all three statuses for Safety, Permits, and LOTO.

  • The system will also select records where a review has never happened but the Safety, Permits, or LOTO tab lists records.

  • The system will also select records where a review has happened in the past but due to changes the data needs to be reviewed again. These reviews need to take place immediately and should not have to wait for their Date Review Required. These records will have Changed set in the report.

  • Records where a review has never happened and without records on the Safety, Permits, or LOTO tab will not be displayed.

Report Details

The report is organized in sections. There is a section for PM Schedules, Standard WOs, Equipment (includes Assets, Positions, Systems, Locations and Categories). Per section the system reports, if relevant, data for Safety, Permits, and LOTO. Not all sections are always relevant. For example, Parts only have Safety records and no Permits or LOTO records.

  • Due Date is the Date Review Required coming from the Review Details section on the Safety, Permit, and LOTO tabs.

  • Changed will be selected if a review has happened in the past, (Date Review Required is entered) but data on the tab has changed (Reviewed By is now blank).
