The Change Equipment Number option in the record view of the asset screen returns 'The System Failed to Carry out this function because of the environment or configuration problems'. This seems to be related to datarecords existing in R5EVENTEQUIPREPLACEMENT table. Please see attached screenshots and server.log. *Actual results* Cannot change number for particular assets linked to datarecords in R5EVENTEQUIPREPLACEMENT *Expected results* Should be able to rename those or at least show a message that it is not possible for x reason *Steps to reproduce* # Go to equipment - assets # Select 904004.3257 # Rightclick and select Change equipment number # Change into 904003.3257 Error popup. |
