Customer is hosted. Customer wants to copy/create new dataspy from "All PO Receipts" dataspy on screen PO Receipts but receives error message "_The Dataspy has violated the performance limit. The Dataspy should have a score below 5000, but its current score is 60905. Modify the Dataspy. If this message continues, contact Hexagon Support_". -- We have contacted Cloud Ops DBA, response below: _"The hint (FIRST_ROWS) in the query is causing the high score._ _Without the hint the score is 462._ _Support please work with Dev to see if they comment on removing hint._ _In the mean time we did increase the score to allow customer save the sql, because the elapsed time is hardly about a second._ _Note: We will revert the score back to 5k by 8AM EDT on Monday, i.e. 29th Aug."_ My question is: is it possible to remove the hint for this dataspy to reduce the score? +*Steps to reproduce:*+ 1. Navigate to PO Receipts screen, List View. 2. Select the All PO Receipts dataspy and click on Edit. 3. Create a Copy and Save. *Expected results*: Able to save and run the new dataspy. *Actual results*: "The Dataspy has violated the performance limit. The Dataspy should have a score below 5000, but its current score is 60905. Modify the Dataspy. If this message continues, contact Hexagon Support". |
