SG-3173 KPI Setup - KPIs stopped updating but KDRV active |

For Cloud customer on EAM 11.7.1.2, all KPIs stopped running since Sep 23rd, latest Last Run on KPI Setup screen is Sep 23rd. There are more than 4k records on R5HOME table. Some KPIs with Frequency of 1 day show Last Run HOM_UPDATE and Next Run HOM_NXTUPDATE as 23-SEP-22 which is in the past however KPI driver KDRV is active and running as per schedule. Also nothing showing on History tab from Sep 23rd for KPIs with Maintain History checked. I have a restored copy of the customer’s database and can see below error on the ejcron.log (error attached as ejcronKDRVerror.txt) : +*Steps to reproduce*+: # Log in EAM (credentials in the comments) and navigate to KPI Setup screen, for instance select KPI PSO050CA # Verify Maintain History checkbox is checked # Check Next Run field and History tab *Expected Results*: Next Run is tomorrow 1am, History shows records for every day since Sep 23rd. *Actual Results*: Next Run is in the past and there are no History records since Sep 23rd |
