SG-3432 Employees | Transfers - Receive error Must have transaction line for active transaction

 Description 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Work | Setup | Employees

2. Filter for Employee Code ECODE

3. Go to the Transfers Tab

4. Enter the following New Org = * Historic Employee = ECODE New Department = * New Trade = PARTSPEC-A

5. Click save and you get error “Must have transaction line for active transactionâ€

*Actual Results: Error “Must have transaction line for active transaction†*

*Expected Results: Employee to be transferred.*
