SG-3515 ION - Inbound MaintenanceOrder BOD does not populate Problem Code

 Description 

Cloud Customer on EAM 11.7.1.2 reported SyncMaintenanceOrder inbound BOD to EAM is not updating the Problem Code for WO. Audit on Problem Code (R5EVENTS.EVT_REQM) shows that the Problem Code field is updated with the value from the inbound BOD and immediately updated to null. Same behaviour with all flexes active/inactive. The Problem Code can be updated manually from EAM web with no issues.

*Steps to Reproduce*:

# Publish attached SyncMaintenanceOrder BOD to customer restored copy (details on comments). Verify it completes with no errors.

# Login to EAM, navigate to Work Orders screen and select WO 106694. Check Problem Code value:

*Expected Results*: Problem Code is updated to 'GLATT'

*Actual Results*: Problem Code is null

# Check Audit Trail on field Problem Code:

*Expected Results*: one record - Problem Code is updated to 'GLATT'

*Actual Results*: two records - Problem Code is updated to 'GLATT', then updated to null

Remark: This was reported on EAM-53202 and fixed for 11.7 however now reproducible on 11.7.1.2
