Several customers in MT Cloud reported this error after week end maintenance upgrade 11.7.1 This only happens for emails with a report attached javax.mail.MessagingException: Report run failed: SOAP exception\! CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred with the client. You can run the following query to see this is failing Select * from R5MAILEVENTS where mae_date>'15-MAY-2022' and MAE_ERROR = 'javax.mail.MessagingException: Report run failed: SOAP exception\! CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred with the client.' |
