EAM-54612 CLONE - E-mail Notification Setup - Errors when saving or activating notification on r5contactrecords table - HxGN EAM - Version 12.0 - Hexagon

 Description 

Errors are encountered when creating email notifications on the r5contactrecords.

Two issues are encountered that might be related:

1. System failed to carry out this function error when adding an email parameter

2. E-mail parameters or conditions may not be valid, please make corrections to proceed.

That last error is a standard error, but customer (nor support) is able to find the cause. And this error comes back once in a while. But only when adding parameters on the r5contactrecords.

h4. Steps to reproduce

1. Go to e-mail notification setup screen

2. Select table r5contactrecords

3. Select third SRRES email template.

4. Open Actions and add a parameter.

1. Go to e-mail notification setup screen

2. Select table r5contactrecords

3. Select third SRRCSOS email template (the last one that).

4. Click Active (and save)
