EAM-55377 CLONE - List of Outstanding Requisition Items - report shows an incorrect Requisition

 Description 

This is a customer specific defect.

Steps to reproduce

1. Requisition 10635 was created in EAM. Req Line 30 is for part 40010203 for a qty = 30.

2. Requisition 10635 was sent via ION to Oracle. In Oracle a PO was created from this Requisition for a qty of 30. Again (interfacing with Oracle ION-BOD) PO 222692 was created in EAM from the interface. PO 222692/line 30 for part 40010203 is for a qty = 32. (not 30 which was expected)

3. EAM Receipt 10236. Received 30 of 32. Outstanding Qty at this time is 2 and they have no intension of receiving this outstanding qty of 2.

(This is where things currently stand in customers live Production data.

Issue A. At this point you can generate a requisition for low stock for part 40010203 even though there are 2 outstanding qty.

Customer wants to cancel this wrong PO 222692/line 3 by setting PO line status to cancel, but not cancel the corresponding Req line as this Req line is good. (Setting the PO line status to cancel indicates that EAM no longer wants to receive the remaining outstanding items on that line. It does not cancel the items that were previously received.)

4. So in this copy we have done that. Cancelled line 3 of PO 222692, but but not the corresponding Req.

Issue B. If PO 222692/line 3 is cancelled without cancelling corresponding requisition line, the List of Outstanding Requisition Items shows the 10635 Requisition on this report. It should not.

Actual Results:

1. Reqs are generated for this part when they should not before the PO line is cancelled.

2. If this PO line is cancelled, Req 10634 shows up on the List of Outstanding Requisition Items report.

Expected Results: 1. Be able to cancel this PO 222692/line 3 and NOT its corresponding Req 10634/line 30 AND not have Req 10635 show up on the List of Outstanding Requisition Items report.
