For work orders in status In progress (this is a user status associated to system status R), the device reading entered in the calibration tab ends up in error: system failed to carry out... When the calibration record in the asset screen is set to Absolute in stead of Percentage, user is able to enter device reading again. But with percentage is should work too. Or, what is the reason for this to happen ? It seems to be a data corruption issue in this particular database. The server log shows : h4. Actual results Cannot add device readings : not a correct error message h4. Expected results Should be able to add device readings or at least it should show a correct error message h4. Steps to reproduce 1. Open EAM - work - work order 2. Select wo 15161 3. Open the calibration tab 4. Select a record 5. Add a value in field device reading 6. Save which produces an error afterwards |
