Discussed with Development We are using store specific sales prices on some contracts of the contract management. We have added a line Part = '*', Store = 'F006', Price = '0.00' to reflect the requirement that the parts taken from that store shall not be invoiced. The system erroneously marks on the invoice errors for all the transactions concerning the store 'F006' with 'Sales Price not found'. Please find enclose a screenshot of the entry in the sales prices of one of the concerned contracts and a screenshot of the error messages that we get. All the error messages concern transactions from the store F006 that should be charged at the price 0.00 CHF (i.e. that should be for free). When taken from the other stores, there is a price associated, but these other stores contain only a fraction of the references. The contracts are customer contracts, i.e. the invoices are generated automatically as defined in the contract configuration. We have inspected o7gencustomerinvoices, but there is no interpretation of the * for part prices. The interpretation of the * seems simply to be missing there. With Part = "*" we are meaning ALL PARTS |
