EAM-55181 CLONE - Assets | Change Equipment Number - returns 'The System Failed to Carry out this function because of the environment or configuration problems'

 Description 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Equipment | Assets and select record 10001.

2. In Record View tab right-click on a gray area and select option 'Change Equipment Number'.

3. In the New Equipment field put 10001B and Submit.

4. It throws the error 'The system failed to carry out this function because of the environment or configuration problems'.

Actual Result: Error: 'The system failed to carry out this function because of the environment or configuration problems'.

Expected Result: Change the equipment number replacing 10001 to 10001B.
