EAM-54892 CLONE - EAM-to-EAM Sync - Inbound PurchaseOrder BOD fails with 'The Purchase Qty. (UOP) and the Requested Qty. (UOM) have the same unit of measure' message

 Description 

1. Requisitions - Create a new req with a supplier.

2. Parts tab - Action | Create Part - add Description, Requested Qty = 1; UOM = PK; Price = 10

3. Parts - Filter for 'N' part and note the org.

4. Create a part in same org with the UOM of EA

5. Select 'N' part then right click choose Change Part Number and populate New Part with part number from step 4 and Submit

***note the part's UOM is now EA but on the req it is still PK***

6. Requisitions - Approve the req then generate the PO.

7 Purchase Orders - Filter for the PO and on the Parts tab change the Qty per UOP to 10 and save. Note on the PO the UOP is PK and the UOM is EA.

8. Approve the PO to generate the PurchaseOrder BOD.

9. Cancel the PO and lines but Choose No to cancel the req.

10. PurchaseOrder BOD - change the PO number to a new number and submit to EAM.

**Actual Results:*

*BOD fails with the message:

The Purchase Qty. (UOP) and the Requested Qty. (UOM) have the same unit of measure. The Qty. Per UOP must be 1

*Expected Results:*

BOD to create PO with the UOP as PK and the UOM as EA with a Qty per UOP of 10
