Cloud customer is having issues on Maintenance Patterns | Equipment with the standard dataspy "All Equipment". Retrieving the records can run for more than 3 mins and frequently results in error “The SQL Statement is invalid: ORA-00028: your session has been killed”, after DBAs kill it. *Steps to reproduce:* #Login to EAM with user 8508359. #Navigate to Maintenance Patterns, select DIESEL-INSP. #Open Equipment tab, select "All Equipment" dataspy which retrieves 8817 records. *Expected results:* loading time is reasonable. *Actual results: it takes more than 3 mins to load. |
