A flex is set to active to prohibit the generation of wos in certain cases. This flex works well when the work order records are selected individually in the Preview tab of the Generate wo screen : an error popsup in the error message field. But when the select all is checked to select records all at once, the flex does not work or does work ? An error message is shown on the top that all records are in error. But finally all records get generated. The flex is on r5ppmobjects *Actual results* Flex does not work when all records are selected. It works when some records are selected *Expected* Generate WO should behave the same when flex is used whether selecting all records or only one record *Steps to reproduce* 1. Create duplicate type PM for once a day 2. Enable UDFNUM01 in Equipment tab and enter 999 3. Add flex attached to this Jira for R5PPMOBJECTS Table (after update) 4. In work - process - generate wos, select the created PM and set date in the future 5. In preview tab, select some records and generate: error (OK) 6. In preview tab, select all records with the select all option : error message, but all records get generated (not OK) |
