In the Erecords tab of the asset screen, the BZSIGN report is always printed with no lines. Or, it shows No records returned. This report works fine when printed separately from the asset screen. This report works fne when printed via the Work orders | Erecords tab. *Actual results* Existing Erecords are not printed *Expected results* Erecords report should be printed with existing erecords lines *Steps to reproduce* # eRecords Setup screen: Create record for OBJ Entity from Status - to Installed # User Groups | Screen Permissions tab: Check 'Tab Always Available' for eRecords tab for Assets screen # Assets screen: Create a record with Status = Installed # eRecords tab: record should be displayed # Click 'Print All eRecords' button - verify report (bzsign) is printed with 'No Records Returned' text (which is not ok) |
