# Create a new Task

# Add the following checklist records:

Sequence Description Type UOM

1 New Activity Needed? Question (Yes/No)

2 Test Question (Yes/No)

3 Test Checklist Free Text

4 Q1 Quantitative EA

# Add the following dynamic checklist conditions:

Test Checklist with trigger condition = B1

Test Checklist with trigger condition = A1

Q1 with trigger condition = 1

Q1 with trigger condition = 2

# Add the following dynamic checklist for each possible condition:

Checklist Condition Trigger Seq Dynamic Checklist item Seq

Test Checklist 3 Test 2
