Copy the appropriate GIS version patch file GIS_10xx_EAM_11712_WN.exe to a temporary folder like c:\temp.

Double-click the self-extractor file.

On the Windows Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.

Locate HxGN EAM GIS Extensions, right-click and then select Uninstall or Remove.

Select Yes to remove the application when prompted.

Browse to the temp folder, right-click on gis.msi and select Install as administrator. Then execute gis.msi to install the GIS Extensions patch.
