  1. Copy the patch file IUWN12.0.1.2.exe to a temporary folder like c:\temp.

  2. On the Windows Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.

  3. Locate HxGN EAM Import Utility, right-click and then select Uninstall or Remove.

  4. Select Yes to remove the application when prompted to remove it.

  5. Double-click the Install file to execute.

  6. Complete the steps in the install wizard to install the Import Utility.
