If you are upgrading EAM to EAM 11.3 from a version prior to 11.2, you must begin the upgrade process from your current version of EAM and upgrade it to each subsequent version between your current version and EAM 11.3.

If you do have to complete several historical upgrades to upgrade to EAM 11.3, you only need to upgrade the application server one time for the upgrade to 11.3. It is not necessary to upgrade the application server to each incremental version of the product prior to 11.3.
