If ALL the following are TRUE, the system will potentially HIDE some of the of WO activities that would normally be displayed on this screen because dynamic dispatching is enabled:
-
The DDOSSR organization option is populated for at least 1 of the user’s specific organizations.
-
The Dispatch Setup record whose organization matches the dispatched crew/employee organization is Active and Enable Dynamic Dispatching is selected.
-
Dynamic dispatching is NOT disabled for the crew/employee associated to the logged-in user (i.e., the dispatched crew/employee record has its Disable Dynamic Dispatching check box unselected).
If ALL are TRUE and Override Dispatch Setup is unselected for the dispatched crew/employee, the system will ONLY display the dispatched WO activities meeting the Dynamic Dispatching options from the applicable Dispatch Setup record (i.e., its organization matches the crew/employee organization).
If ALL are TRUE and Override Dispatch Setup is selected for the dispatched crew/employee, the system will ONLY display the dispatched WO activities meeting the Dynamic Dispatching options from the crew/employee record.
The number of WO activities to be displayed based on the Dynamic Dispatching option selected will always start with the lowest dispatch Sequence WO activity for the crew/employee, then work up towards the highest dispatch Sequence WO activity OR the number of WO activities as specified by the Dynamic Dispatching option selection, whichever number of WO activities is lower.
-
See Organization options for the DDOSSR installation parameter value and for additional details of the dynamic dispatch options and how they are used.
-
Any WO activity that does NOT have a dispatch sequence will be displayed last based on the dispatch setup options (i.e., they will be treated as if they have the highest sequence).
