This screen shows WO activities that are dispatched to employee or crew represented by the logged-in user.
The user is a member of a crew, and will therefore see WO activities dispatched to that crew if all the following conditions are true:

The user’s employee is associated to the crew for the system date.

The crew is valid for the system date.

The user’s employee record has the Determines Crew Location for Dispatching check box selected.
If the user’s employee is NOT a member of a crew for the system date, they will be considered an individual employee. In this case, they will see WO activities dispatched to the employee for which they are associated.

For crews, there should be a crew employee with the Determines Crew Location for Dispatching check box selected. This would typically be the member of the crew for which the mobile device is assigned (i.e., crew foreman, for example). The system will use the employee’s associated user when determining which mobile device location to display on the Google map to represent the crew’s location. There should be only 1 crew employee with this designation.
