Associate employees to your shifts as normal. The employee’s date range will need to include the dispatch date to ensure the employee is sent to the Constraint Optimizer. The dispatch date will always be the system date whenever the Optimized Scheduler job runs.
These are considered individual employees and should not be members of any crew for the system date.
If an employee on the OSSR is also a member of a crew on the same OSSR AND they are
a valid member of that crew for the system date, then the dispatching process will
NOT attempt to dispatch the individual employee because they are a member of the crew
(i.e., it prioritizes crews over employees).
