Associate employees to your crews. Ensure the date range entered encompasses the date range for which you intend to dispatch. If the Optimized Scheduler job runs daily, then the system date will need to fall within the crew employee’s date range.
As mentioned elsewhere, the same employee may be eligible for dispatch as an individual
employee if the system date is outside of the crew employee’s date range.
