The values stored in this table indicate any isolation blocks that will also be isolated when a given isolation block is isolated from the network. It is noted that there may be multiple records in Table 4 for a single isolation block. The number of records in Table 4 will vary in accordance with the structure of the network; that is, the table is dependent on the number of dead-end blocks or dead-end branches that are present in the network.
