The Select Feature Layers actions allow a user to specify each layer that has been downloaded to the mobile device as being both visible and selectable in the Map View. By default, all map layers will be flagged as both visible and selectable; but a user can modify these settings as required.
A layer cannot be set to selectable unless it is also visible.
After modifying these settings, the user should press Apply and the map will be refreshed with only the layers specified as visible being displayed in the Map View.
