If the user clicks the Edit button in the GIS Feature Attributes panel and the feature layer/feature service has been configured to support editing; the Edit Attributes popup will be displayed with attribute field(s) and a Save button enabled. The user will then be able to edit attributes and Save these edits accordingly.
