When you use the reset work order activity function, the system resets the Status and Start date/time fields.

To reset work order activities:

  1. Select Work > Work Order.

  2. Select the work order containing the activity to reset, and then click the Activity tab.

  3. Select the activity to reset, and then click Reset Activity.

  4. Click Yes.
