The enable forgot password option can be turned on, by setting the install parameter PASSRSET to YES. This option will let the user enter their user ID, and an email will be sent to the email address configured for the user (i.e., email address specified on the User setup screen in base EAM)
The link on the email can be used to access the My Account page, using the device’s default web browser, wherein the password is reset.
