The Capital Planning Requests tab contains the Capital Plan Requests and Capital Plan Requests Details.

Click the Capital Planning Requests tab.

Select Include CPR to include the Capital Request Plan in the Investment Plan.

Click the Capital Plan Request hyperlink to view the Capital Plan Requests Details.
The CPR and IPD sections appear in the Capital Plan Requests Details panel.
The CPR section displays the Equipment ID, Department, Appropriation Date, Total Estimated Cost, and other relevant details.
The IPD section displays Plan Priority, Investment Period, Priority Override, and other relevant details.

In the IPD section, enter the Priority Override.

Click SAVE.
