Check the COR_OUTBOX_ENTRY table on HMS and ensure there are no records in the table. If there are records in the table and the Processed column is not 0, investigate the ION partnerid codes in HMS and EAM, and ensure they match with ION setup.
HMS takes the full logical ID and EAM takes only the name.

Click the test connection link button on the ION partner screen to ensure ION can connect to the database schemas for both EAM and HMS.

Ensure Databridge is enabled for both HMS and EAM applications.
