HMS currently monitors Work Orders during the End of Day process. If an HMS Work Order is due to be completed prior to Hotel Date roll, the EOD process will automatically extend the work order end date. The extension will be in HMS only so that ROOMS still out of order cannot be assigned to guests. When EAM completes the Work Order, the Work Order in HMS will be completed.
