This screen contains setup and configuration options that are used on the Guest Incident Request screen. Because Guest Incident Requests are like Call Center records the Call Center Setup screen has been configured (i.e., it is not a new screen) so that it can be used for Guest Incident Requests.
Many Call Center Setup options are not applicable to Guest Incident Requests; therefore, they have been made ‘not available’ on the Guest Incident Request Setup screen. Any options still available are used in a similar fashion for Guest Incident Requests.
Whenever a new Property is created, the system automatically creates a Guest Incident Request Setup record for that Property. The customer must change the Service Code Validation value on the resulting setup record to Department Structure.
