If the screen selected on the list view is equipment related, then the administrator can select equipment classes that:

Will be used to filter the list view of the selected screen, i.e., only classes related to the selected screen will be displayed on the list view of that screen.

Will be displayed in the equipment class lookup of the selected screen when creating/updating equipment records, i.e., only records of the classes listed for the selected screen can be created on the selected screen.

This tab does not apply to the Hospitality Edition since no Class fields are available.

If additional classes are added for the OBJ entity and a field filter exists for the screen you wish to use the new class, then you must add the new class to the field filter as well.
If the screen selected on the list view is WO related, then the administrator can select WO classes that will be used in the same ways as listed for equipment screens above except the rules will be applied to the selected WO screen.

If Filter Class on the record view is not selected, then this tab is protected.

If additional classes are added for the EVNT entity and a field filter exists for the screen you wish to use the new class, then you must add the new class to the field filter as well.
